Elizabeth Margaret Edmonds was born in 1868 in New Zealand – the daughter of William Edmonds, a plasterer, and Jane Parry.
Her mother died in 1873 and her father re-married in 1875. (See 39 Mrs Edmonds)
When Elizabeth signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Park St, Kensington in Dunedin.
She did not marry and she died on 9 December 1939 in Dunedin – she is buried in the family grave in the Southern Cemetery.
