Jane Lamb Falconer was born on 21 July 1869 in Glasgow, Scotland – the daughter of James Falconer, a joiner, and Mary McNaught McLean. (See 98 M Falconer)
Jane emigrated to Otago with her family about 1885 and they settled in Dunedin.
She did not marry and when she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in North Taieri Rd, Kirkland Hill, Roslyn.
Jane died at her home in St Clair, Dunedin on 18 August 1944, she is buried in the family grave in the Southern Cemetery.
