This entry appears to be Jemima Jane Finlinson.
She was born in 1870 in New Zealand – the daughter of Hewson Finlinson, a fellmonger, and Sarah Helen Bond & sister of Sarah. (See 113 S Finlinson)
Jemima signed the suffrage petition in Dunedin.
She married Robert Wilson in 1912 and they had one daughter.
Jemima died at her home in Dunedin on 24 September 1944 and Robert died in 1956 – they are buried together in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
