Jessie Dreaver was born in Otago in 1867 – the daughter of William Dreaver, a farmer, and Janet Malloch. (See 130 J Dreaver)
Jessie married William Webb, an engine driver, on 22 August 1888 in the Palmerston parish.
They had five children and when Jessie signed the suffrage petition the family were living in Gore.
They later moved to Invercargill where William died in 1930 and Jessie died on 12 August 1931 – they are buried together in the Invercargill Eastern Cemetery.
