Biography contributed by Katherine Blakeley

Augusta Murray Campbell was born about 1817 in Argyllshire, Scotland.

When she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her brother and his family in Milton. (See 104 Clarice Campbell)

When the family moved to Auckland in 1897 Augusta went with them.

She died at her brother’s home in Devonport on 18 September 1914 and is buried in the O’Neill’s Point Cemetery.
