Margaret was born about 1858. She married William Andrew, a labourer.
When she signed the suffrage petition, Margaret was living with her family in Cumberland St, Dunedin.
She had a total of eight daughters and two died young.
Margaret died just thirteen days after the birth of her last daughter Marion.
She is buried with her daughters and husband (who died in 1917) in the Northern Cemetery, Dunedin.
